What is Stylevana?

Stylevana is an international online retailer selling K-beauty and Asian beauty – Korean skincare mostly, plus haircare, makeup and a decent amount of Japanese stuff. It ships worldwide including to the UK. There isn’t a separate UK high street shop or a UK storefront, which is why searching “Stylevana UK” mostly turns up the same international site with your delivery address in it.

The pull, for me anyway, is the range. Anua, COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, SOME BY MI, Isntree, SKIN1004, medicube – all in one basket instead of ordering from six different places and paying six different postage charges. If you’re new to K-beauty and want to try a few things without committing to buying direct from brands you’ve never used, it’s a sensible first stop.

Is Stylevana legit? What I’ve found ordering from them

Right. This is the bit people actually come here for, and I want to be really clear about the order things happened in.

I was a Stylevana customer long before I was a Stylevana anything else. Just me, my own card, ordering K-beauty because it was cheaper than buying the same products in the UK. No commission. No PR box. No relationship whatsoever. Nobody at that company knew who I was.

And across all of that, ordering again and again, I have never had a problem.

The product was legitimate. Every single time. Sealed, correct packaging, correct labelling, and it behaved on my skin the way that product is supposed to behave. Nothing has ever turned up looking like a knock-off – and I say that as someone who reads INCI lists obsessively enough to spot when something is off. (When you’ve got rosacea and seb derm you don’t get to be casual about what’s in the bottle. I check everything. It’s exhausting and I’ve made peace with it.)

It also arrived well packaged. Properly wrapped, nothing smashed, nothing leaking, nothing rattling around loose in a box three sizes too big. I’ve had considerably worse from UK retailers who really should know better.

The one honest caveat, and I’m not going to skip it just because I now earn from them: sometimes it took longer than I’d have liked. Not lost. Not missing. Just slow. You order, then you wait, then you go “hmm”, then a week later it turns up. If you need something by Friday, this is not the site for that. If you’re restocking and you can wait, it’s completely fine.

That’s my experience and it’s the only one I can genuinely vouch for. I can’t tell you about every order Stylevana has ever shipped to every customer on earth. Nobody honest can. I can tell you about mine, across years, most of them paid for with my own money.

Here’s the problem with a page like this one. I can tell you I’ve been ordering from Stylevana for years and you have absolutely no reason to believe me, because every single person writing about discount codes says something in that shape. So rather than just asking you to take my word for it, here are the actual videos.

Two things I want to be straight about before you watch them, because I’d rather say it than have you work it out afterwards.

These four are gifted hauls. They’re all from 2021, from the stretch when Stylevana were sending me boxes to film. What they show you is that this is a five-year relationship rather than a code I picked up last week. What they do not show you is the bit that came before, the years I spent ordering with my own card and no relationship at all. That part isn’t on camera, because nobody films their own online shopping when nobody is watching. I did not, at any point in 2019, think “better get this on video, might come in handy in 2026”.

What you can see is the product. Opened on camera, in one take, not photographed neatly afterwards. Sealed boxes, real labelling, real batch codes, real product. If you’re on this page because you’re worried about counterfeits, that’s the bit to watch for.

The filming stopped, the ordering didn’t. The most recent thing I’ve done with a Stylevana box is a written one, and honestly it’s the more useful format for what I was doing: a full forensic ingredient check of a Stylevana haul, six products, every INCI list read line by line for seb derm and rosacea safety. Some passed. One of them contained peppermint oil, in a sunscreen, which – no.

Why is Stylevana so cheap?

Honestly? I don’t have their supplier contracts in front of me, so anyone giving you a confident precise answer is guessing. What I can give you is what it looks like from the customer side, which is where I’ve been standing for years.

They’re an international online retailer, not a UK high street shop. No UK retail space, no UK shop staff, no UK-level markup layered on top of Korean products that were never priced for a Boots shelf. They also run promotions more or less constantly, so the headline price and the price you actually pay are often quite different things.

And then there’s the trade-off, which is the bit the cheap-price question usually forgets to ask about. It’s coming a long way. You feel that in the delivery time. That’s genuinely part of why it costs what it costs.

“Cheap for a reason” and “cheap because something’s wrong” are two completely different things, and in my experience this is firmly the first one. The price reflects where it ships from and how it’s sold. Not what’s in the bottle.

Stylevana UK shipping, delivery times and tracking

It ships to the UK, and in my experience it arrives.

Speed is the honest weak point. Mine has often taken longer than I’d hoped. Not a crisis, not a “where is my parcel” spiral, just slower than the same-week delivery you’d get from a UK site. Plan for it rather than being surprised by it, and don’t order your entire routine the week you’ve run out of everything. (Learn from me. I have made this exact mistake.)

Packaging has been consistently good on my orders – properly protected, nothing damaged in transit.

How Stylevana order tracking actually works

Right, this is the bit nobody explains properly, and it’s why half the internet is convinced their parcel has evaporated. I’ve gone back through my own Stylevana UK order emails to write this rather than repeating what the voucher sites say, because the voucher sites plainly haven’t ordered anything.

You get three emails, not two.

So if you’re refreshing your inbox hunting for a tracking number after that packing email lands, you can stop. It isn’t coming until the dispatch email does.

And now the actual answer to “why is my Stylevana tracking not updating”, which is the question I see asked constantly and answered almost never. Stylevana’s own packing email says it takes on average 48 to 72 working hours for the courier to update your parcel’s status in the tracking link. Working hours. Not calendar hours. So if your order dispatched on a Friday, that clock is barely ticking over the weekend.

Which means you can be holding a perfectly valid tracking number that shows absolutely nothing for two or three days, and that is completely normal. Annoying, yes. A sign you’ve been scammed, no. I wish somebody had told me that the first time instead of letting me spiral about it at midnight.

The courier name sits right next to the tracking number in that dispatch email, so you can see who’s got it. On my most recent order it was listed as AGL-UK. I’m not going to tell you that’s the same on every order, or who physically hands the parcel over at your door in the UK, because my emails don’t say and I’d only be guessing. If I ever get that confirmed properly, I’ll add it here.

One last thing worth knowing, and it catches people out: there is no delivery confirmation email. The chain stops at dispatch. If you’re sitting there waiting for a “your order has been delivered” message, it doesn’t exist. Check the tracking link instead of your inbox.

The quiet stretch is usually between placing your order and that packing email arriving. A few silent days at that stage is the normal shape of a Stylevana order rather than a sign anything has gone wrong.

On import charges – they haven’t been a drama on my orders, but that depends on your order value and current UK import rules rather than anything Stylevana controls. Don’t take my experience as a guarantee of yours. As at August 2026, UK goods valued at £135 or under are duty-free; above that, duty can apply plus 20% import VAT and a courier handling fee.

Ordering from the US: does INF10NEVE work?

Yes. INF10NEVE isn’t a UK-only code. If you’re shopping from the US it applies exactly the same way, in the same discount code field, for the same up to 25% off eligible products. Nothing about it changes at the border.

Which matters more than it sounds, because Stylevana is an international retailer rather than a UK one. There isn’t a US Stylevana and a UK Stylevana with different codes. It’s one site, your address goes in at checkout, and the code works either way.

Now the part I’m not going to fudge. Everything else on this page about shipping is British. The delivery times, the three-email chain, the tracking behaviour, the AGL-UK courier, the £135 customs line – all of that comes off my own order emails, and every one of my orders came to the West Midlands. I have never had a Stylevana parcel sent to a US address, so I can’t tell you what your delivery window looks like, which carrier hands it over, or what your import rules do to a big basket.

What I can tell you carries over regardless of where you live: the product has been genuine every single time across years of ordering, the packaging has been good, and the code works. The bit that’s specific to me is the bit about how fast it gets there.
