The K-beauty skincare selection is what keeps me coming back – all the big names are there, plus plenty of brands that haven’t made it onto UK-based sites yet. Is YesStyle legit? Here’s five years of my own orders

The first time I ordered from YesStyle, back in January 2021, I sat there afterwards fully convinced I’d just handed my card details to a website that was never going to send me anything. It looked too cheap. The shipping estimate was measured in weeks rather than days. I’d never heard of half the brands. So I did what you’re almost certainly doing right now, which is go and read a pile of Reddit threads titled some version of “is YesStyle a scam”.

It turned up. Everything in it was real. And I’ve kept ordering, on and off, ever since.

So here’s the honest version from someone who went back and dug the receipts out of her inbox rather than guessing. I’ve got orders sitting in there from January, March and May 2021, September 2024, February 2026 and June 2026 – same email, same PayPal, five and a half years apart. Every single one of them arrived. Nothing has ever come through as a fake or a knockoff. Quality has been good across the whole lot. The only real downside, and I’ll get to it properly in a second, is that you wait.

The one time something did go wrong

March 2021. I’d placed an order and a few days later got an email with the subject line “Order Status Update”, telling me some of the items hadn’t come in from their supplier, followed by an order change confirmation. Which is a very polite way of saying “you are not getting all of that”. It got sorted out and the rest of the order came through.

I’d rather tell you about that than pretend five years of ordering has been perfectly frictionless, because no retailer is. What I genuinely can’t tell you is whether every YesStyle order placed by every person on earth arrives in one piece. I can only tell you about mine, which is why the next bit is actual dates off actual emails rather than a vibe.

How long does YesStyle take to deliver to the UK?

This is the question nobody answers properly, and it’s the one that actually decides whether YesStyle is worth it for you. So I went back through my own order and shipping emails and worked it out properly.

Short version: it used to be slow. It has got a lot faster.

Twenty days in 2024. Eight days in 2026. Same retailer, same country, same me refreshing a tracking page like it’s going to make the plane go faster.

I’ve listed the February 2026 one differently on purpose. I’ve got the shipment invoice at twelve days but not a clean delivery date for it, so I’m not going to round it into a number it isn’t. Twelve days to dispatch is what I can actually show you.

On carriers: my recent orders have come through Royal Mail, tracked at track.yesstyle.com, with tracking codes starting GV or IW. One package in July 2026 arrived via Evri International instead, so it isn’t always the same carrier and it’s worth actually reading the shipping email rather than assuming.

So what should you actually expect?

Going off my own orders, plan for one to three weeks and be pleasantly surprised when it’s quicker. If you need something for a specific date – a wedding, a holiday, a birthday – don’t order it from YesStyle that week. Order it a month out, or buy it here. That’s not a dig, it’s just what shipping from Hong Kong is. If you’re restocking a toner you’ll run out of in a couple of weeks, you’re completely fine.

Do you get charged customs or import fees on YesStyle UK orders?

I have never been charged customs, duty or an import fee on a YesStyle order. Not once, across every order I’ve placed since 2021. No surprise text from a courier, no “pay this before we release your parcel” email, nothing.

For context, here’s how the UK rules work as of August 2026. Goods valued at £135 or under are duty-free. Above £135, customs duty can apply, plus 20% import VAT calculated on the goods, the shipping and the duty combined, plus whatever handling fee the courier adds for doing the paperwork. That £135 threshold is going away eventually, but replacement arrangements aren’t expected until around 2029.

So in practice it comes down to basket size. Mine have never triggered a charge. A genuinely enormous one might. I’m not going to promise you either way, because it depends on your order and on what the courier decides to do with it – but I can tell you exactly what has happened on mine, which is nothing.

Does NEVEEN15 work in the US?

Yes. NEVEEN15 works if you’re shopping from the US, not just the UK. Same code, same box, same extra 2% to 5% off, and it still stacks with whatever monthly coupon YesStyle has running.

YesStyle is based in Hong Kong, so there’s no separate US site you need to go hunting for. You’re ordering from the same place I am. The code goes in the Influencer / Rewards Code box at checkout exactly the way it does on a UK order, and it’s still case sensitive, still no expiry, still fine on repeat orders.

And it isn’t only the US and the UK. NEVEEN15 works in every country and region on YesStyle’s published ship-to list, which runs to around 150 of them. The UK, US, Canada, Australia, Ireland, most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Gulf states, a large chunk of Latin America and Africa, and plenty of places nobody else bothers listing. If YesStyle will post to you, the code works.

One caveat worth knowing before you build a basket, and it’s YesStyle’s own: Jewellery, Accessories, Lifestyle and Beauty products can’t be shipped to certain countries and regions. Since beauty is most of what I’m buying there, that’s the one to watch. The individual product page tells you whether it can come to you, so check that rather than assuming the country list covers everything.

Now the bit I’d rather say out loud than quietly skip. Every delivery time and every customs figure on this page comes off my own order emails, and all of my orders landed in the West Midlands. I’ve got five years of receipts for parcels coming into the UK. I’ve got precisely none for a parcel going to Ohio. People search for all three and they aren’t the same thing, which is why you can end up staring at a checkout wondering if you’ve got the right kind of code. Quick untangling.

Here’s the bit that confuses everyone: at checkout, YesStyle puts influencer codes and rewards codes together in a single box labelled Influencer / Rewards Code. That slash isn’t saying the two are the same thing – they come from completely different places. It’s just one field that accepts either. The key word here is stackable. On its own, an extra 2% to 5% is a modest saving and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. YesStyle coupon not working? Check these first

1. Wrong box. NEVEEN15 goes in the “Influencer / Rewards Code” field, which is separate from where YesStyle’s own coupon codes go. This catches a lot of people.
2. Try signing in. YesStyle restricts some code types on guest checkout, so if a code won’t take, log into your account and try again.
3. Case sensitivity. YesStyle codes are case sensitive. NEVEEN15, all caps, no spaces, no trailing space from a copy-paste.
4. Excluded items. Some sale and already-discounted products won’t take an additional discount. Rebuild the basket with fewer items and retest.
5. You’re trying to use two coupons. YesStyle generally allows one of its own coupon codes per order. A monthly coupon plus NEVEEN15 is fine; two coupons is not.

What I actually buy at YesStyle (with seb derm and rosacea doing their thing)

My shopping list at YesStyle is very much shaped by what my face needs to not hate me. I have rosacea and seb derm, which means I’m specifically looking for things that are anti-inflammatory, Malassezia-safe (so no fatty acid esters or certain oils), and not going to trash my barrier just when I thought things were calming down.
