Email hi@neveen.co.uk. That’s it, that’s the whole system. No assistant, no agency, just me (and a genuinely alarming amount of coffee) reading and replying to every single one myself. I try to get back within a few days, though sometimes my inbox wins the fight.
If you’re a brand
I work with brands across hair loss, hair toppers, wigs, K-beauty, skincare, and beauty – always from an honest, lived-experience angle. If you’d like to send a product over or talk partnership, email is the way in and I’ll always let you know upfront if something’s gifted or a paid partnership.
If you’re dealing with hair loss and just want to talk to someone who gets it
I get a lot of these too, and I read every one, even if I’m slow to reply. I can’t give medical advice (I’m not a dermatologist or a trichologist, just a woman who’s been through the whole thing), but if you want to say hi or ask about my actual experience, go for it. You’re not bothering me.
