Cloud 10 Beauty (you’ll also see it written Cloud10Beauty, one word, which is how their web address is spelled) is the Ireland-based multi-brand beauty retailer that stocks Vita Liberata, Redken, Pureology, Kerastase and a load of other brands worth knowing about. This code was issued to me directly by their affiliate team via Awin, and I’ve tested it myself at checkout. Last checked: 1 August 2026.

Cloud 10 Beauty or Cloud10Beauty? Same shop, same code

This one trips people up constantly, so let’s clear it up. The company trades as Cloud 10 Beauty – three words, with a space either side of the 10. That’s the name on their own site and on their paperwork. But their web address is cloud10beauty.com, all squashed together, so loads of people write it as Cloud10Beauty and assume that’s the proper spelling.

Both are the same shop. There isn’t a separate Cloud10 site or a different UK version. And crucially, my code works the same whichever way you happened to type it into Google to get here.

Same goes for what you call the code itself. Cloud 10 promo code, Cloud 10 Beauty voucher code, Cloud 10 coupon code, Cloud 10 discount code – all the same thing. C10XNEVEEN15. There’s only one box at checkout and that’s what goes in it.

How to Use C10XNEVEEN15 at Checkout

Ordering from the UK: delivery, currency and import charges

Worth knowing before you fill a basket: Cloud 10 Beauty ships from a warehouse in Ireland. Their own delivery page says they offer next-day delivery across Ireland and the UK, plus worldwide shipping from that Irish warehouse. So the UK is very much covered, it’s just not a UK-based dispatch.

On currency: the site can show you prices in pounds or in Euro, so you’re not automatically stuck converting in your head. Just glance at which symbol is on your total before you pay, because if it does land in Euro your bank may add a non-sterling transaction fee on top.

Returns, straight from their returns policy: they’ll refund you if the items come back to them within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Will I get stung for customs?

Right, honest answer time, because this is the bit nobody explains properly. Ireland is in the EU and the UK isn’t, so a UK order from Cloud 10 Beauty is technically an import. Here’s how UK import rules work as things stand in August 2026:

• Goods valued at £135 or less: no customs duty to pay.
• Above £135: you can be charged customs duty, plus 20% import VAT calculated on the goods, the shipping and the duty together, plus a handling fee from whichever courier delivers it.

What I can’t tell you is exactly how Cloud 10 Beauty handles this at their checkout for UK orders, because I haven’t been able to confirm it from anything official. Plenty of Irish retailers now charge everything up front so nothing lands on your doormat as a surprise bill, but I’m not going to state that as fact when I haven’t verified it. So: keep an eye on your total at checkout, and if you’re building a big basket, be aware that £135 is the line where things get more expensive.

(The £135 threshold is due to be scrapped at some point, which was announced back in the November 2025 Budget, but the replacement arrangements aren’t expected to land until around 2029. So for now, £135 is still the number.)

What Cloud 10 Beauty is actually good for

I’m not going to pretend I shop everywhere for everything. Here’s where this one genuinely earns its place for me.

Salon-brand haircare. This is the big one. They stock Pureology, Redken, Kerastase, Wella Professionals, Nioxin, Olaplex, Moroccanoil, L’Oreal Professionnel and Aveda. If you wear human hair toppers or wigs, you’ll recognise most of those names – sulphate-free salon shampoo and conditioner is what keeps a human hair piece from turning into straw, and Pureology in particular is what I use on mine. A 15% code on that category is not nothing.

Thinning hair, specifically. They’ve got a whole Hair Thinning and Loss collection on the site, which I didn’t expect from a general beauty retailer, plus a scalp care category. Nioxin lives in there. If you’re managing thinning bio hair underneath a topper, that’s a useful place to browse rather than trawling a hundred product pages.

Skincare you already know. CeraVe, The Ordinary, Paula’s Choice, Alpha-H, Murad, SkinCeuticals, Pixi. Nothing exotic, but if you’re restocking things you already use, a code is a code.

Tan and makeup. Vita Liberata, Inglot, Stila, e.l.f., Made By Mitchell. Their tanning range is genuinely one of the better bits.
