Benefit Advent Calendar 2026: The Hotel Beneville, £149 and 24 Doors

Benefit Hotel Beneville Advent Calendar 2026, the hotel-shaped 24 door box

Okay so Benefit’s advent calendar for this year is called The Hotel Beneville, it’s 24 days, it’s £149, and Benefit put the contents at over £300. It went on sale on 1 September.

The concept is a hotel. You check in, and behind every door there’s something from their line-up, with a few bits they’re calling VIP-only surprises. Benefit have always leaned into a theme with these, and this one is a five star holiday hotspot with room service and an all-access pass to the glam.

What I’ve got is years of buying their stuff, and the contents straight from Benefit.

At a glance

The Benefit Advent Calendar 2026 is called The Hotel Beneville. It has 24 doors, costs £149, and Benefit value the contents at over £300. It is on sale now at benefitcosmetics.com.

Why I’d trust a box of Benefit

The POREfessional is the one I keep coming back to. I’ve bought that primer more times than I can count and its still the thing I reach for when I want to smooth out my pores underneath my makeup – though I’ve heard it may have been reformulated? Not too sure.

Their brow products are the other half of it. Benefit basically built their name on brows and it shows, the range is huge and there’s a version of everything for however much or little you’ve got to work with.

The Boi-ing corrector too. I’ve used that for years.

So when I’m looking at a 24 door box from them, I’m not looking at a brand I’ve never tried. I’m looking at a brand where at least three things I already buy could plausibly turn up behind a door, which is the bit that makes an advent calendar worth the money rather than a shelf of things you use once.

What’s actually in it

Benefit have put the breakdown on their own product page, so this is from them rather than from anyone’s guess. The 24 doors split into 4 full size, 7 minis, 10 fun size and 3 extras. The fun size tier is new this year.

The four full sizes:

  • BADgal BANG! BIGGER, BADDER volumizing mascara in Intense Pitch Black
  • 24-HR Brow Setter
  • Benetint in Original Rose
  • Cookie golden pearl highlighter

Then across the minis and fun sizes, the names Benefit have confirmed are Hoola bronzer, Roller Lash, Gimme Brow+ and The POREfessional. The three extras aren’t makeup at all, they’re bits like a mirror and hair clips.

There’s no numbered door-by-door list here, because Benefit haven’t published one and I’m not filling in twenty four gaps with guesses. What’s above is what’s confirmed.

The POREfessional turning up is the bit that got me, for obvious reasons.

The named products, and what they actually do

BADgal BANG! is the big volume mascara, and it’s the full size in here, which is the single most valuable door. Roller Lash turns up smaller and does the opposite job, lifting and curling rather than piling it on. Having both is genuinely useful because they suit different days.

24-HR Brow Setter is the clear gel that holds everything in place, full size. Gimme Brow+ is the tinted one with the tiny brush that adds the hair-like strokes. Between them that’s most of a brow routine, which for Benefit is the point.

Benetint is the rose stain, full size, and it works on lips and cheeks so it’s two products in one bottle. Cookie is the golden pearl highlighter, also full size, and it’s a warm one rather than an icy one.

Hoola is the matte bronzer everyone owns, and it’s the one Benefit product I’d say is genuinely hard to get wrong on pale skin.

The POREfessional is the primer I already buy. Silky, goes on over moisturiser, and stops foundation sinking into texture. If you’ve never got on with primers this is the one I’d try, and getting a mini in a calendar is a cheap way to find out.

Is it worth it?

Depends entirely on whether you already like Benefit.

A mixed-brand calendar gives you 24 things from 24 places, and realistically you’ll love three, tolerate ten and rehome the rest. A single-brand one is narrower but you know what you’re getting, and everything in it works with everything else in it. Same shade logic, same finishes, same brush sizes.

Four full sizes out of 24 doors is decent for a makeup calendar, and the four they’ve chosen are the ones people actually repurchase rather than the odd shades brands use to clear stock.

So: if Benefit is already in your makeup bag, yes. If you’ve never tried them and you’re not sure about brows and bronzer, a mixed calendar will suit you better.

Who I think it suits

This is a makeup calendar, not a skincare one. If what you want is serums and cleansers, this isn’t the box, and there are better options this year for that.

But if you like a brow gel, a blusher, a mascara and a primer, and you’d rather try a spread of one brand properly than get twenty four different brands you have no opinion on, Benefit is a good shout. Single-brand calendars are underrated for exactly that reason. You come out the other side actually knowing what you like.

Benefit is also very forgiving to use, which matters to me. Nothing in their range needs a steady hand or a technique video first.

Where to buy it

It’s on Benefit’s own site now. Last year’s was the Glam Cube, and this one has landed at the very start of September rather than October, which is early even by advent calendar standards.

The other calendars I’ve written up

If you’re comparing, I’ve got the full door-by-door contents for two others: the LOOKFANTASTIC Advent Calendar 2026, which is £120 for 27 products across skincare, makeup, hair and body, and the Clarins Advent Calendar 2026, which comes in a 12 day at £98 and a 24 day at £165.
