Okay, this one’s a bit different from my usual codes, so stick with me a second. Aroma Concepts, a perfume and home fragrance company based in Leicester, got in touch wanting to partner up. They sent over a code, NEVEENWOOD, for 10% off your entire order. The code is confirmed working at checkout, screenshot below, though I haven’t tried the perfumes myself yet.

So think of this as a “here’s the code, here’s proof it works, and here’s everything I could actually verify about the company” page rather than a review. I’ll come back and update it properly once I’ve had a chance to try the products myself. Everything below about delivery, brands and the UK site comes straight off their own website, not off an aggregator.

Aroma Concepts discount code not working?

There’s one big reason this happens and it catches people out, so I’ll put it first.

1. Is the item already reduced? Aroma Concepts state on their own site that additional discount codes aren’t valid on discounted products. So if you’ve filled your basket from the sale, the code won’t apply. Try it on full-price items instead.
2. Are you on the UK site? aromaconcepts.co.uk and aromaconcepts.com are separate stores. My code is for the UK one. Their site may pop up asking if you want to visit the USA store, so if you’ve clicked through that, head back.
3. Have you got another code in the box? Take it out and try NEVEENWOOD on its own.
4. Check the spelling. It’s NEVEENWOOD, all one word, no spaces. Use the copy button rather than typing it.
5. Still stuck? Their customer service email is on their contact page. If the code has genuinely stopped working, tell me and I’ll pull it off this page.

What is Aroma Concepts?

Fair question, and one a lot of people seem to be typing into Google, so here’s what I could verify from their own site rather than from anyone’s opinion.

Aroma Concepts is a UK perfume and home fragrance retailer based in Leicester, trading at aromaconcepts.co.uk. They’re an online Shopify store, they price in pounds, and their listed contact address is on Brougham Street in Leicester. They sell perfumes for men and women, home fragrances and incense, with a noticeable lean toward oud and long-lasting scents.

The bit that actually matters, and that most write-ups miss: they’re not just a shop reselling other people’s stock. They describe themselves as the exclusive distributor for Paris Corner Perfumes and Khadlaj Perfumes in the UK and Europe, and they run a wholesale and reseller operation alongside the consumer site. That’s why their range is so heavily weighted toward those houses rather than the designer names you’d find in Boots.

They also run a loyalty scheme called MyAroma Rewards Club, and there’s a returns and refunds policy on their site worth reading before you order, as I’d say about anywhere.

Aroma Concepts UK or the USA site? They’re different

This one genuinely confuses people and it’s worth thirty seconds of your time.

There are two Aroma Concepts storefronts. aromaconcepts.co.uk is the UK site, which is the one my code works on. aromaconcepts.com is the USA-facing site, operating as Aroma Concepts LLC, shipping from a Florida warehouse. If you land on their UK site from outside the UK it may offer to send you to the USA store, and it’s easy to click through without noticing.

If your code won’t apply, or the delivery estimate looks nothing like what I’ve listed below, check which of the two you’re actually on. Same brand name, different shop.

Paris Corner, Khadlaj and the rest of the range

If you’ve arrived here searching for Paris Corner specifically, this is the relevant bit. Aroma Concepts is the exclusive UK and Europe distributor for Paris Corner, so you’re buying from the distributor rather than a middleman.

The brands listed on their site are: Paris Corner, Khadlaj, Scentrail, Ministry of Oud, Emir, North Stag, Monster, Pendora Scents, Magic Oud, Killer Oud, Autobiography and Privezarah.

If those names are unfamiliar, that’s the point of them. This is the Middle Eastern and oud-leaning end of the fragrance world rather than the designer counter, and the pricing reflects that. Some of the ranges are styled as alternatives to well-known designer scents. Whether that’s your thing is entirely personal taste, and I’d say the same about any dupe-adjacent category.
