REVO is an American brand, so everything is priced in dollars and your card does the converting. They ship worldwide for free on most orders. The bit that catches people out is customs, and I’ve put that further down the page instead of burying it in the small print.
How to use the REVO discount code
Go to revomadic.com, add what you want to your basket, then type NEVEEN10 into the discount box at checkout and hit apply. The 10% comes off before you pay.
One thing worth knowing: REVO already run their own multi-buy pricing, so the more cuppers you add to a basket the cheaper each one gets, and that happens automatically without a code. Check both ways round before you commit.
What REVO actually sell
The REVO Smart Cupping Therapy Massager is the flagship and its the one most people are looking for. It’s a handheld cupping device with suction, heat and red light built into one unit, which is a different thing from the glass cups you might have seen stuck on an athlete’s back. They also do the Face Genie (an LED device for the face), the Wave Board (a vibration plate) and the Sculptor.
What is in the Smart Cupping Massager
These are REVO’s own published specs rather than anybody’s guess. The device runs 12 levels of suction, from -5 up to -60 kPa. Heat goes from 100°F to 122°F (38°C to 50°C) with no flame involved, which is the difference between this and traditional fire cupping. The red light sits at 630 to 670nm. It weighs 425g, charges over USB-C in about three hours, and REVO say a full charge gives you up to nine twenty-minute sessions at the top setting.
Safety-wise there’s a timed release so you can’t leave it clamped on, plus a single-press instant release if the pressure gets uncomfortable. Their own guidance is to start at levels 1 to 4 for five to ten minutes on one muscle group, not to use it on broken skin, and to check with your doctor first if you have any health conditions or use a medical device. The round red marks afterwards are normal and fade over a few days.
Shipping, customs and how long it takes
Free worldwide shipping on most orders under economy shipping, and that’s free rather than free-over-a-threshold. Inside the US, orders are tracked and insured, with an average transit time of 3 to 10 business days. Outside the US they hand off to your national postal service (Royal Mail, for us).
Add 1 to 2 business days of processing on top of whatever the transit estimate says. And the customs bit: REVO state plainly that international orders are subject to import duties and taxes, charged when the parcel lands in your country, and that those are yours to pay. They don’t predict what yours will be. So if you are ordering into the UK, budget for it rather than being annoyed by it later.
Warranty, returns and paying
Every device carries a one year warranty. For returns, REVO’s published refund policy covers items that arrive defective, and for anything outside that they point you at support@revomadic.com. Support runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific time, which is the afternoon and evening here.
Payment is where I would check before you fill a basket. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, ShopPay and their own gift cards. What they won’t take is debit card payments, personal cheques, bank transfers or cash on delivery. Worth knowing if you are a debit-card-only household.
Where else you can buy REVO
There’s an Amazon store too, as well as the website. NEVEEN10 won’t work there, since codes only apply on the brand’s own checkout, so it comes down to whether Prime delivery is worth more to you than 10% off. If you are buying more than one device, the REVO site is usually the better route because the multi-buy pricing stacks up.
